This training is designed specifically for DBHDD community providers and subcontractors regarding how to properly perform an investigation surrounding critical incidents including: an accusation of abuse, neglect or exploitation of Individuals we serve. Participants will learn: How to plan and conduct an investigation How to gather facts for an investigation How to interview witnesses How to write the report
This training is not intended for Non-DBHDD providers and persons who have previously taken this training. This training is for Community providers who conduct investigations. No walk-in registrations will be allowed. All participants must register and be approved prior to the training. When registering for this training, please be sure that you meet the target audience.

CEUs will not be given for this training, but certificates of attendance will be provided to those who attend the full session. If you arrive 15 minutes late or leave more than 15 minutes early, we will not be able to issue a Certificate of Attendance for your participation.
