To provide training to community providers on how to conduct an investigation of Critical Incidents. Community Investigations training will be a one day training with day one for DD providers and day two for BH/AD providers. The training will be very similar and it is not advised that agencies who do both types of investigations attend both days unless you have one staff who does DD and a different staff responsible for BH/AD investigations. The differences will be primarily the example cases used and the incident types on which we focus. It is suggested that you review your training need in consideration of previous training and the service line that generates the most investigations.

No walk-in registrations will be allowed. All participants must register and be approved prior to the training. When registering for this training, please be sure that you meet the target audience.

The training is from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm each day
Registration begins at 8:00 am.
Registration Deadline is August 12, 2014.
CEUs will not be given for this training, but certificates of attendance will be provided to those who attend the full session. If you arrive 15 minutes late or leave more than 15 minutes early, we will not be able to issue a Certificate of Attendance for your participation.
